OUR GREENS
LBC boasts four international standard Tiff Dwarf greens each comprising seven rinks which can cater for up to 220 players at any one time. Currently our 4th Green is not in use.
The club’s professional greenkeeper, Wayne Ruediger, is a well-known identity both within South Australia and beyond. Wayne has an impressive wealth of knowledge and a high level of professionalism as a Greens Manager. His leadership and deep understanding of the game ensures the Lockleys greens continue to set the standard as some of the very best in the state.
All greens are floodlit and available for night-time use with electronic scoreboards servicing most rinks. Green speeds consistently run at 14 to 15+ seconds.
Greens are closed on Mondays to enable the maintenance to occur that is required to keep them in peak condition.
